08-05-2008 2008-2009 CYO Signups:

  • CYO sign ups for the 2009-2010 school year will be held on August 23rd. Registration fees:
  •   Basketball Volleyball Softball Track Cross Country Cheersquad

  • We will be holding sports signup in the small hall.
    • Girls basketball (grades 2-8)
    • Boys basketball (grades 2-8)
    • Girls volleyball (grades 4-8)
    • Boys volleyball (grades 4-8)
    • Girls softball (grades 5-8)
    • Boys and girls cross country (grades 3-8)
    • Cheerleading (grades 5-8)
  • Eligibility:
    • Children must either attend Assumption School, be enrolled in Assumpion parish's Faith Formation Program, or live within the parish boundaries.
    • If a child is new to CYO, a birth certificate copy is needed. If not in the school or in Faith Formation at Assumption, proof of residency is needed.
